Can I switch between memberships later?
Yes. You can upgrade from The Reset to Eternal Balance at any time. Downgrades and switches typically follow your billing cycle — talk to our team and we'll set it up.
What happens after my 12-month Reset term?
Your membership converts automatically to month-to-month at the same $79 rate. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice. No re-enrollment, no price change.
What if I need to pause my membership?
Medical freezes are available with documentation from a licensed provider. Relocation freezes are available for members moving more than 25 miles from Topeka. Frozen time pauses both your billing and your 12-month commitment — the time you're frozen extends your term by the same amount.
Can I bring a guest?
Eternal Balance includes the Plus One add-on, which lets you bring a partner to any suite. The Reset doesn't include unlimited guest access, but day passes are available for purchase if you'd like to bring someone to a standard suite for a single visit. For Suite 5 specifically, see the next question.
I'm a Reset member. Can I book Suite 5 — with or without a partner?
Yes. Reset members can upgrade to Suite 5 for a single session at $45, which includes one Plus One — a clean way to bring a partner occasionally without changing your membership. If you find yourself doing this more than twice a month, the math points to upgrading to Eternal Balance ($149/month): same Suite 5 access, plus 20% off retail and medical, and unlimited Plus One in any suite. Talk to our team and we'll set up the upgrade.
How do I book sessions as a member?
The fastest way is the Luxe Studio app — download it from the App Store or Google Play, log in with your member account, and book sessions in seconds. The web scheduler also works if you prefer the desktop.
What's the difference between Suite 5 and the standard suites?
Suite 5 is our premium suite — larger overall, with a two-person infrared sauna built for couples or partners. The cold plunge is single-person (same plunge across all our suites), but the suite itself is sized for two people to share a session — perfect for contrast therapy with a partner. The three standard suites each comfortably hold one person and contain all the same modalities (cold plunge, infrared sauna with red light, chromotherapy). Eternal Balance members can book Suite 5 along with any standard suite. Reset members have unlimited access to the three standard suites.
Are there any sign-up fees?
No sign-up fees. Your first payment is due at enrollment, and billing recurs monthly from there.
